Easy Peasy?...
If it were so easy to beat depression by eating the right foods, everyone would be happy and no one would ever need meds. It's a good thing I like chocolate, leafy greens, nuts, bananas, smoothies, oatmeal, and cayenne pepper. I smile a lot; I walk a lot; I love spending time with nature; and I drink plenty of water. This, however, does not mean I'm about to stop taking my Zoloft. Heh.

Don't forget your omega3s! They say the mood-steadying effect is dose-dependent, so the more the better!
